🌱 1. CSA MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership between you and our farm. By joining, you are purchasing a share of the farm’s harvest for the 2026 growing season.

Members agree to support the farm through both the benefits and risks of seasonal food production.

📅 2. SEASON DETAILS

Season runs approximately June through October 2026

Shares are distributed on a weekly basis

Exact start/end dates may vary depending on weather and growing conditions - you will be kept up to date as we get closer.

🧺 3. SHARE OPTIONS

We offer the following shares:

Full Share - 6-10 different items delivered weekly 

Half Share – 6-10 different items delivered bi-weekly

Farmacy reserves the right to adjust quantities based on seasonal availability.

📍 4. PICKUP POLICY

Pickup location: 7705 Unit Ave, Brownton or Glencoe Farmers Market

Pickup day/time: Shares will be filled and ready for pickup by 10:00 AM on Thursday or during the Glencoe Farmers Market hours

Members agree to:

Pick up their share during the designated time

Bring their own bags/containers if required

Missed Pickups:

Shares not picked up within the designated window are forfeited

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed pickups

Farmacy is not responsible for holding or storing unclaimed shares

🥕 5. PRODUCT CONTENT & SUBSTITUTIONS

Each share contains a variety of seasonal produce grown on our farm, or a spotlighted local farm.

Box contents will vary week to week. Each shareholder will receive an email with what their share will include.

Substitutions may occur due to crop availability

Members will have the option for add-ons each week. Options will be listed in each week's email. All add-ons must be claimed by 11:59 on Tuesday evening. Depending on the add-ons, quantities may be limited. 

Members acknowledge that they are not selecting individual items, but receiving a curated share.

🌦️ 6. FARM RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By joining the CSA, members understand and accept that:

Farming is subject to weather, pests, disease, and other natural factors

Crop yields and variety may vary

There is a shared risk between farmer and member

Farmacy commits to using best growing practices to provide a plentiful and diverse share.

If for whatever reason, we are unable to fulfill the items in a week, we will do our best to work with other local farms to fill the shares.

💳 7. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Full payment is required to reserve your CSA share

Refund Policy:

Payments are non-refundable once the season begins

Refund requests prior to the season start are at Farmacy’s discretion

🔄 8. SHARE TRANSFERS

Members may transfer or gift their share to another person if they cannot participate

Farmacy must be notified of any changes in advance

📧 9. COMMUNICATION

Members agree to receive communication from Farmacy via:

Email

Text (if provided)

Social media updates (optional)

This includes updates on:

Pickup reminders

Schedule changes

Farm news and product availability

⚠️ 10. LIABILITY

By participating in the CSA and visiting the farm pickup location, members agree that:

Farmacy is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred on-site

Members assume responsibility for their own safety

❤️ 11. AGREEMENT

By purchasing a CSA share, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
